What happens after I sign up?

Once you've selected your plan, you'll complete our onboarding questionnaire or call. You get to choose! We'll connect you to your marketing dashboard and start on your marketing strategy. Within 7 working days you'll review your strategy share your feedback and we being working on your content and marketing deliverables. Upon approval of those deliverables we start publishing and your marketing management is now in full swing!

How do you choose what marketing channels work best for my business?

Over the past 11 years we've honed our marketing strategies and have learned what works best for various types of businesses. We use the detailed onboarding questionnaire or call to create your customized marketing strategy and corresponding deliverables. We also review your current assets to get an idea of your current voice and understand what's already working.

Are the strategies and content made for my brand?

Yes! Your marketing strategy and deliverables are created specifically for your brand. While we take into account best practices and the data we have from servicing multiple businesses, the content and strategies we create are specifically made to grow your brand. There is something that makes your brand unique and we as marketers have a duty to capture it. There's no one size fits all for that!

What if I have ideas or specific campaigns I want to try?

We love when you bring ideas to the table. We will always incorporate your feedback and share how those ideas fit into your larger marketing strategy. If things are out of our current scope we will flag it for you and share how we can expand our partnership to accomplish your goals.

How will I know if the marketing campaigns are working?

Yes! We provide monthly reports on all of our services. You will never be left to guess how things are going. You will also have access to our marketing dashboard to see your social calendars, email campaigns, and more!

Does your digital advertising services include the budget for the advertisements?

No, we use your own budget for paid advertisements. We will provide the estimated reach of various budgets, however, it will ultimately be your decision of how much you want to spend month to month.

What is your refund policy?

We are committed to your growth and will do our best to help you accomplish your goals. Due to the considerable manual labor required to craft tailored marketing campaigns for each client, we cannot offer refunds.

Vox Pop Branding does not make any guarantees related to performance or results but we do work hard to ensure you want to come back to us month after month. This means committing to your growth and incorporating your feedback.

What is your cancellation policy?

All of our plans are month to month - but we do ask you to cancel at least 30 days before your next month starts as that is when we’ll be working on your upcoming month's deliverables.
